I have spent ten years in the world of Finance and Technology, being involved in hiring decisions at every level for Amazon, The London Stock Exchange, TSB Bank and Sky. At Amazon I was formally trained in how strong hiring decisions get made, using a framework many other companies have since adopted.

With this experience I bring my very own perspective to coaching, not generic interview tips, but what I know panels are actually listening for. Drawing on my corporate world expertise and personal experience of career change, I help people feeling stuck discover their strengths, clarify their direction and create a career they thrive in.
